オミクロン市中感染が発生したのを受けて、タイ外務省より添付案内が出ましたので、ご案内します。
Thailand Passのサイトを確認したところ、以下Announcementがでております。
URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT !
Starting 22 December 2021
Due to the current Covid-19 situation, the registration for Thailand Pass has been revised as follows:
• Test & Go scheme will be temporarily suspended from 22 December 2020 at 00.00 hrs (Thailand time)
• For the Sandbox programme, only the Phuket Sandbox (only hotels in Phuket) will be open for registration.
• For applicants who have already been approved under the Test & Go or Sandbox programme, the QR Code remains valid for travel into Thailand.
• For applicants who have registered but have not received the QR Code, your application is in the approval process and will be notified of the result accordingly.
• Effective immediately, all travelers entering Thailand through Test & Go or Sandbox scheme must undergo a second RT-PCR lab test at a government designated venue (cost to be borne by the Thai Government).
• After 00.00 hrs (22 December 2021) all travelers entering Thailand must register under the Alternative Quarantine (AQ) scheme (except those entering Phuket may register through Phuket Sandbox or Alternative Quarantine).

実際、TEST＆GOの申請はクリックできなく、先に進めなくなっております。
AQ（隔離滞在）であれば申請進められるようになっております。
隔離期間は10/14としか記載されてなく、ワクチン接種者は7日間になるかどうかは現状不明です。

2021年12月22日00:00時（タイ現地時間）よりThailand Passシステムにおける「検疫隔離免除（Test&Go）」及び「サンドボックス制度利用（プーケットを除く）」によるタイ入国申請の受付を当分の間停止致しました。  

Thailand Pass登録申請が完了している方は、
【１】登録申請が完了しており、Thailand Pass QRコードを受領している方は、ご登録のカテゴリーにより入国することが可能です。
【２】登録申請が完了しており、Thailand Pass QRコードを受領していない方は、承認が完了するまでお待ち頂き、QRコードが発行された場合にご登録のカテゴリーにより入国することが可能です。
【３】Alternative Quarantine(AQ)での検疫隔離及びプーケット・サンドボックス制度利用にて入国する場合は、通常通り Thailand Pass の登録申請が可能です。
【4】登録申請が完了しており、既にタイへ入国している方、及び「検疫隔離免除（Test&Go）」「サンドボックス制度利用（プーケットを除く）」にてタイへ入国する方は、
予定されていた抗原検査(ATK)に代わり、政府機関の指定場所にて2回目のRT-PCR検査を受検して頂くことになります。なお、2回目のRT-PCR検査費用の自己負担はありません。
